Tina was so kind to me and checked on me regularly. She referred me to a lovely pharmacist, Rupal, then checked to see how my treatment was going. 11/10!

I had asked to be called on my landline for my 1:1 sessions but was mostly contacted on my mobile. This did not cause me concern but could have done so.

Pilates class (course of 4) was run extremely well and has given me confidence to help manage my back pain. The course was run in such a way that I was challenged but also felt I was able to skip exercises on some weeks when my back pain was too much to do the challenging exercises.

Nothing - on this occasion everything was excellent.

an amazing service which has really helped me, and expanded my capabilities dealing with my problem. my therapist has helped me see how i’m not alone and has shown me i can manage my problem. she was fantastic.
